If you are looking to transition to the healthcare sector, look no further. Hisential is looking to hire a passionate Clinic Associate who can thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment and is eager to make a positive impact on patient experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer service tasks: Answering inquiries, registering patients, and processing payments.
- Process and dispense prescription medications and handle delivery logistics.
- Execute medical tasks like performing ECGs or visual examinations (training will be provided)
- Support our doctors directly, from chaperoning to facilitating clinical procedure set up.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and organizing diagnostic tests.
- Oversee clinic hygiene
- Inventory management and clinic maintenance.

**Working Hours**:
You must be able to commit to a 45-hour workweek under the mentorship of our esteemed doctors, ensuring our patients receive holistic care.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Prior **hospitality experience is welcome.**:

- Prior healthcare **experience is not necessary but preferred**. Comprehensive training is our promise to those serious about a healthcare future. We consistently upscale our team to acquire skills they can use in the long term.
- Meticulous and proactive
- Excellent customer service is a **MUST**

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
