**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure shelves and displays are adequately stocked and organized
- Assist in packing and fulfilling online orders in a timely manner
- Safely and efficiently load and unload goods, adhering to all safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, addressing inquiries and processing transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store premises
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing between 12 to 25 kilograms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

**Benefits**:

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,501.00 per month
