Job Description
Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers and sales team on sales order, pricing & approvals.
Responsible for the filing of various departmental documents in an orderly & efficient manner.
Prepare various sales reports on Excel spreadsheets.
Assist Finance Controller in preparing sales performance reports, monthly sales reports and inventory reports.
Generate quotations (as and when needed), sales orders and purchase orders.
Ensure timely and accurate update in the Sales Information System for effective follow up and decision making.
Liaise and coordinate with product distributors.
Assist with other ad hoc projects and sales promotions from time to time.
Perform office admin activities as and when required
Responsible as front desk operator to receive all telephone calls during office hours and forwarding the calls to the respective personnel.
Requirement
**Requirement**:
Diploma in any related field
Min 2 years sales experience in a related industry (pharmaceuticals)
Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.
Fluent in Both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
A team player with pleasant personality, good telephone manners, meticulous with details & well-organized.
Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
