**Responsibilities**:

- To maintain and manage all important documents including drawings and technical documents etc.
- Register, track and maintain records of all incoming/outgoing drawings and documents.
- Manage and update documents under project master document list and generate updated document list.
- Compile document submission and update progress/ status of all assigned projects regularly for management information/ review.
- To input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Generate various document control reports if required.
- Typing of Project Documents and following up on all project needs.
- Maintain the documents and drawings under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/ Diploma in a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in the same field and industry.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Well organized, independent, and customer-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time, cost, quality, and safety-conscious.
- Computer literate.
- 6 days work and able to be site-based

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
