Company Overview:
Nagamas Printing is a specialized printing company that focuses on producing high-quality money packets, calendars, and packaging products. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our order processing and production departments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders and arrange for prompt delivery to clients.
- Perform regular quality checks during the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Liaise effectively with vendors and internal staff to coordinate and facilitate the smooth flow of operations, including material procurement and order fulfillment.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the order processing operation, including document filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring, stocktaking, and reconciliation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
- Assist in resolving any operational issues or discrepancies that may arise during the production process.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions when necessary.
- Previous experience in the printing industry or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
