Reports to the Assistant General Manager
- Overall management responsibility for production, mixing and maintenance operations as well as monitoring product standards and quality control
- Lead planning team and monitoring in production schedule, develop and implement operational targets and production cost are maintained at appropriate levels
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting on production output / performance
- Ensuring effective and efficient communication between operations and sales team to attain optimum productivity, cost effectiveness of production processes
- Oversee Maintenance Department and Projects
- Direct synchronization of the company's manufacturing process through Kaizen initiatives to ensure that innovation and continuous improvements are carried out throughout the production processes
- Upkeeping and monitoring HSE guidelines

- Constantly improving business process efficiencies and effectiveness as well as product quality
