Responsible for the QA/QC functions of the Company in accordance to quality objectives, standards and good manufacturing practices set by the Company.
Plan and conduct the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of the products, material or component throughout all phases of processes namely incoming, in-process and outgoing.
Monitor and review supplier performance and ensure the suppliers understand clearly the Quality Standards of the Company and determine the appropriate inspection procedures to achieve them.
Provide supports to production in continuous improvement of products quality, initiate and follow up the relevant corrective actions in addressing quality issues related to products and services.
Manage document control practices as well as to explain business process compliance to internal departments.
Control the receiving, evaluation, recording, issuance, distribution, withdrawal and storage of all QC / QA related documentation, which includes system, process, product, supplier and customer related complaints log.
Supervise a team of QC Inspectors in carrying out daily inspections and records, as well as to provide the necessary guidance and training to them.
To perform any other related duties as and when required.
**; Requirements**: - Diploma / Professional Certificate or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of hands-on working experience
Knowledge in ISO 9001 documentation as well as others products / quality certifications.
Self-motivated, analytical and able to lead and motivate team in solving problems effectively.
Written and oral communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. As this job function requires to communicate with China suppliers, the ability to read and write in Mandarin characters is a MUST.
