We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated **Electronics Technician** to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our vacuum products are in excellent working condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various vacuum models, including robot vacuums and standee vacuums.
- Conduct product testing to identify issues and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
- Replace faulty parts and components as needed.
- Keep detailed records of repairs, including diagnosis and actions taken.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding product usage and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Care team to resolve customer complaints related to product performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards during repairs.
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent. Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in repair and maintenance of electronic appliances or similar devices. Experience with vacuum cleaners is a plus.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
