Key Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and supply capability.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to the production and delivery schedules.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply.
- Coordinate with the operations team to develop material requirements planning.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business needs.
- Communicate any changes in the production schedule to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production variance and machine downtime.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and digitization initiatives, and participate in projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a supply chain-related role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills..
- Strong communication skills, planning, and organizational skills; attention to detail; and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
