**Retail Sales Associate - Luxury Jewellery**
**Location**: TRX Mall, Kuala Lumpur
**Working Schedule**: 6 days per week (according to duty roster)

A leading luxury jewellery house known for exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional design is looking for a **Retail Sales Associate** to join our team at **TRX Mall, KL**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet individual and store sales targets
- Execute sales strategies set by the Director of Sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a “WOW” experience
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and presentation
- Support visual merchandising and in-store promotions
- Uphold the luxury brand image at all times
- Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints professionally
- Follow all company SOPs and brand guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on rotating shifts, 6 days a week
- Fluent in **Malay** and **English**:

- Willing to work at **TRX Mall, Kuala Lumpur**:

- Minimum **SPM qualification**:

- At least **1 year of experience** in luxury retail (e.g., jewellery, branded bags/fashion)
- Aged **40 years and below**:

- Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
