If you align with our philosophy and values, we invite you to join our team at the new setup CCL factory situated in Penang Science Park. **Job Descriptions** - Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control. - Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. - Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements. - Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime, and other relevant data, and prepare reports for management review. **Job Requirements** - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. - Previous experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing environment and with minimum 3 years of working experience is a plus. - Fresh graduates and entry-level are encouraged to apply. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings as required. - Able to travel to China for 3-6 months of training. - Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Supplemental pay types: - Attendance bonus - Overtime pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Application Question(s): - How much is your current salary? - How much is your expected salary? **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred)
