**Responsibilities**:

- Manage outlet daily operation.
- To ensure proper service standard & customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train & supervise outlet staff to meet company requirements.
- Welcome customers as they come into Lavender.
- Introduce customers to our varied range of Lavender Products.
- Cashiering, Confectionary and Bakery Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
- Product Arrangement and Expiry.
- Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding products information and available offers
- Cleaning of Outlet.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Tourism industry
- Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.
