**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Assessment**:Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, considering medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic test results.
Evaluate patients' movement, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

**Treatment Planning**:Develop customized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and the specific needs and goals of each patient.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to address identified issues.

**Rehabilitation**:Implement rehabilitation programs to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses.
Provide guidance and support to patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.

**Pain Management**:Employ pain management techniques, such as manual therapy, massage, and therapeutic exercises, to alleviate pain and improve function.

**Patient Education**:Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures to promote self-management and long-term well-being.
Provide advice on lifestyle modifications and ergonomic adjustments.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
Prepare reports and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.

**Continuing Education**:Stay abreast of advancements in physiotherapy through continuous learning and professional development.
Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure or certification as a physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical conditions affecting physical health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Compassion, patience, and empathy in dealing with patients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.60 - RM2,000.92 per month
