**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct professional development training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Provide sales training to boost team performance, with a particular emphasis on **TikTok Live** strategies.
- Develop and adapt training materials, focusing on **TikTok Live best practices** and techniques for engaging audiences.
- Continuously assess and report on training effectiveness, using data to improve future sessions.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify and address skill gaps, especially in social media engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends on TikTok and social media to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in training, coaching, or teaching preferred.
- Familiarity with TikTok Live and social media trends.
