Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our computer repair business. As an IT Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians, providing support to clients facing various technical issues. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their knowledge and skills in computer repair and IT support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients, including PCs, laptops, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Perform hardware repairs and component replacements, such as hard drives, RAM, and power supplies.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations for client systems.
- Support virus and malware removal, as well as provide recommendations for preventive measures.
- Help with system backups, data recovery, and file transfers as needed.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to learn best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of repair processes.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the company's services.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of computer components and assembly.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
