Customs Affair

Customs Clearance declaration team is to perform declaration (K1/K2/K8/ZB1/ZB2 & ZB3). Declaration is based on the Commercial invoices. They need to be master or expect in tariff code in order to declare the shipment to the nearest tariff code base on the product material for import and export shipment. The position will be based in KLIA Gateway, Sepang. They will be working 24 hours per week where they will be divided into 3 shifts (Morning, Evening & Night shift). The working shift is 8 hours and they will declare at least 40 to 60 documents per day per staff.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Download data from ICSM systems for Informal & Formal shipment
- Submit ePAM shipment based from flight that was arrive in daily basis
- To declare consignee shipment base on the invoice (K1, K2, K8, ZB1/ZB2 & ZB3).
- Download invoice and waybill from ICSM systems. Print & Attach (Invoice & Waybill)
- To expert in custom declaration & tariff code
- To monitor the movement of Custom Declaration Form & Clearance Process
- To resolve issues pertaining Duty & Sales Tax query.
- To reserve call & entertain internal customer such as Customer Service & runner team in explaining the Custom Declaration Issues
- To prepare a daily manual report for management assessment & data base.
- To resolve issues pertaining custom issue (Hanging Document or Custom Query)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration and Logistic or SPM
- Hands-on knowledge in Custom Clearance Process
- Experience in Custom Declaration Process will be advantages
- Have Customs Broker Agent license
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner
- Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Able to work in shift & working in Public Holiday or odd hour
- Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill

**Working hours**:

- 8.30am to 5.30pm (morning shift)
- 1pm to 10pm (afternoon shift)
- 10pm to next day 7am (night shift)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
