Store Executive

**Job description**

As an Warehouse Executive/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and organized operations of the warehouse. Working closely with the management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to collaborate with a diverse team will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations.
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating warehouse activities.
- Provide guidance and direction to warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Implement and enforce proper inventory storage procedures.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to schedule and track outbound shipments.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and condition of received and shipped products.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for warehouse staff.
- Handling LMW monthly report to Kastam Malaysia.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
