Guest Experience Assistant Supervisor

The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.
The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park.
Your duties include but not limited to:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team to uphold the highest standards of guest service.- Manage lounge operations, including reservations, event setup, guest flow, and seating arrangements.- Ensure smooth inventory management, stock control, and supplier coordination to maintain operational efficiency.- Provide a high level of discretion and expertise in handling VIP and high-net-worth guests.- Lead problem resolution efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests while upholding brand standards.- Oversee the operations of the Main Concierge Counter, Premium Concierge, and Premium Desk to ensure a consistent level of excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end retail.- Strong ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with VIP clientele.- Strong English communication skills.- Ability to communicate fluently is multiple languages will be an added advantage- Availability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
