QAqc Inspector

Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily site inspection work
- Ensure the work is in accordance with the drawing and specification
- Check and ensure that materials used are as per Engineering Specification
- and IFC drawing requirement
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection as per drawing's latest revision
- Monitor the performance of welders/workers and maintain the implementation of the quality plans
- Responsible for the inspection and testing in coordination with OWNER engineer wherever required
- Responsible for the WPS, PQR and WQT compliance and shop inspection activities
- Review inspection reports for receiving inspection, on-going site inspection activities, and witnessing of test conducted at site, implement corrective actions and recording of comments/approval from OWNER
- Monitor the status of all materials from receipt to issuance for use at site
- Monitoring, controlling, and keeping the record of all Quality related activities performed at construction site
- He shall report to the QC Engineer
- Ensure parameter check for welder has been carried out and submit to COMPANY for the verification and record
- Actively participate in Quality Program throughout the project duration until completion
- To perform surveillance for NDT Technician and report for any Non-Conformance

Qualification
- 3 years of working experience in QA/QC experience in maintenance for oil and gas industry
- Minimum SPM certificate or any relevant certificate
- Certification in CSWIP 3.1 or IMM level 2 preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, etc)
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, ITPs, and QA/QC Procedures
- Good understanding of constructions methods, materials and requirement
- Excellent communication, reporting and interpersonal skills
- Possess valid CIDB green card, OGSP and AESP will be added advantages
- Willingly to be based at project site Malacca

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
