**Job Descriptions**:

- Plan and manage weekly and monthly payments, that include international fund transfers in line with the fund’s fiduciary requirements. This includes clarifying recipients’ bank details with project leads on micro-funding, and following up with banks regarding payment status.
- Support the development of recommendations to improve the timely disbursement, fiduciary control, adequacy and administrative effort of grant disbursements process, including through drafting policy notes and standard operating procedures as relevant.
- Act as the focal point for providing financial advice/reporting with regards to the progress update of the fund’s disbursement request.
- Support monthly bank reconciliation, tracking of incoming and outgoing funds particularly in the WISE transfer platform as well as data entry in the financial management system.
- Support the finance team in:

- carrying out periodic account analysis to ensure that there are no outstanding items
- ensuring that supplier’s invoices are approved and paid within the credit terms.
- the timely disbursement of staff claims through cash reimbursement and corporate card
- the timely closure of monthly and financial year end accounting records.
- As part of continuous improvement, identify systemic bottlenecks in the accounting and grant disbursement process and coordinate towards their elimination. This includes develop standard checklists and guidance note to improve the quality of disbursement reviews and ensure consistent and high-quality grant disbursement decisions and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Business Development Unit and projects leads as well as attending to queries from other external and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinates with external and internal auditors during audit fieldwork.
- Ensures proper storage of data and proper filing of documents.
- Undertakes other duties as required by the management.

**Salary**: RM200.00 - RM350.00 per day
