Plant Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and concrete production activities at the batching plant (Mersing).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of concrete orders and smooth delivery to project sites.
- Coordinate with site teams and relevant departments for operational efficiency.
- Monitor and record raw material usage and manage incoming material documentation.
- Collect, organize, and courier operational documents to HQ within the required timelines.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain plant equipment and infrastructure, optimizing asset performance and lifespan.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support plant operations.

Job Requirements:

- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Engineering or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in plant operations, preferably in construction or concrete batching.
- Knowledge of concrete batching processes is preferred.
- Able to work independently with strong responsibility and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willing to be based on-site (Mersing).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
