Overseeing the planning and implementation of program/ projects that aligns with the company’s vision and mission statements whilst working towards achieving a data driven company status.

Report To: Head, Project Management Office

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a consolidated view of program/projects’ deliverables including defining scope of program/projects, program/projects timeline, cross-projects dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination and regular communication of status with stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of program/projects through budgeting, hiring and managing team members, sourcing and managing suppliers and also planning project release.
- Guides, develops or maps processes across multi-function group of business users to define project scope and desired business value or outcome upon program/projects delivery.
- Identify process inefficiency or non-standardised process and provide proposal/ recommendation on process improvement based on industry best practices.
- Work closely with various project owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities.
- Develop plan of action to get projects completed, working across business units, division/departments to ensure their requirements are included within the planned timeline and budget.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards of project management methodology throughout project execution.
- Measure project performance and lessons learn; document outcomes to identify areas for improvement for future projects.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, business, or related field.
- More than 10 years of Project Management and business analyst experience.
- Performed Business Analyst functions in previous projects
- Demonstrates clear understanding of the program’s vision, objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource level requirements.
- Experience deploying large scale enterprise platform to operations projects.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills and has worked with users/audiences across business units, division/departments.
- Able to effectively plan, define and utilize escalation paths, and update executive stakeholders of program/projects’ deliverables on regular basis.
- SDLC (system development lifecycle) and project implementation know how i.e. from requirement gathering, testing until project goes-live or roll-out.
- Must be able to hold stakeholders and vendors accountable for deliveries.
- Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and very resourceful.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
