**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for daily store operations, including store opening, store closing, inventory management, cleaning and sanitation, etc.
- Build an efficient team, responsible for employee recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and provide guidance and support.
- Set and achieve store sales targets, analyze sales data, and formulate corresponding sales strategies.
- Strictly control store operating costs and improve store profitability.
- Ensure food safety in stores and strictly abide by food hygiene laws and company rules and regulations.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of store baking equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
- Establish good customer relationships, handle customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with the company to implement various promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales.
- Regularly analyze store operating data and adjust business strategies in a timely manner.
- Actively participate in the company's cultural construction and create a good working atmosphere.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, a proactive work attitude, strong stress resistance and teamwork spirit.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM
- Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
- Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays
- Willing to learn and able to cope with fast-paced situations
- Ability to work with team members.
- Willing to transfer to others branch

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
