Website and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

**Job description**
- Ensuring that website design, layout, and coding is optimized for search.
- Performing regular tests on website SEO rankings.
- Giving feedback to the digital marketing team about SEO.
- Researching the latest SEO guidelines and implementing them.
- Assisting with integrations to enhance or maintain SEO competitiveness.
- Planning website SEO contingencies for problems that may arise.
- Updating marketing managers and team members on SEO standards and changes.
- Executing tests, collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns as part of SEM.
- Tracking, reporting and analysing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns related to SEM.
- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Understanding how to write HTML, work with CSS, and do basic web design for SEM.
- Providing technical support to stakeholders in the web design process.
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs.
- Working with developers and designers to create a design strategy.
- Selecting and editing images for websites and testing sites to ensure that they are working correctly.
- Keeping abreast of image editing software innovations.
- Understand creative directions and communication objectives to translate them into on-brand visuals
- Ensure designs are in line with overall marketing strategy while working within graphical standards
- Conceptualise, design, marketing materials including print, social and digital advertising, posters, exhibitions and displays, social media and digital communications, visual merchandising, and video productions
- Develop and promote seasonal stories and campaign directions
- Manage marketing and content collateral, websites, e-commerce sites and social media platforms
- Work with a wide range of media including, but not limited to videography and photography
- Research, produce and develop creative editorial and programme content.
- Assist in planning and developing engaging and effective pre-school and middle-school curriculum programme materials for teaching and learning.
- Communicate and work efficiently with vendors, suppliers, printers and all other promotional partners.
- Work collaboratively with various departments for planning and marketing of various educational programmes and events
- To develop and generate creative copy-writing content for creative communications to various stakeholders
- Manage, organise and archive all project files in a systematic and effective order
- Able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure

**Job Requirements**
- Minimally diploma in visual communication, graphic design and web design
- Minimum 2 year of working experience
- Able to work synergistically, collaboratively as well as independently
- Able to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong spirit of teamwork
- Committed and dedicated team player
- Able to contribute ideas for market research purposes
- Fluent in Adobe Software’s such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Final Cut Pro, Adobe XD
- Well Verse in HTML and web coding.
- Able to work in Kuala Lumpur
