**Responsibilities**:
- Well-verse pertaining to various laws and regulations especially company laws and labour laws.
- Draft, prepare, review and advise on agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
- Handle enquiries or issues related to legal matters, provide legal opinions and proposals for resolution of legal issues.
- Manage and coordinate litigation matters, reviewing court documents and liaising with external solicitors in respect of litigation matters involving the Group.
- Conduct legal research and keep abreast with development or updates in the relevant laws and regulations applicable to business.
- Carry out any other duties as and when directed by HOD.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess at least Degree in Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a law firm or corporate legal position.
- Good command of written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills with high level of integrity and confidentiality.
