**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire Branding and Marketing activities for the grocery retail outlets.
- Plan and implement publicity strategies, campaigns, and social media initiatives
- Develop marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Manage content to produce relevant, compelling social media updates with links to products or promotions
- Create presentations, articles, reports logos and information for websites, blogs and social media accounts
- Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with Teams from the Group of Companies for new ideas and strategies
- Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives
- Manage and update social media posts
- Coordinate paid and unpaid advertising
- Contribute to the holistic Branding and Marketing strategy for the group, via preparing competitive analysis, leveraging analytics to recommend next steps for optimizing campaigns, and leading developing of materials to

communicate strategy to both internal and external partners.
- Work with internal teams to identify and leverage meaningful insights on how best to reach/target customers.
- Measure results of programs implemented and adjust tactics as needed to fully support brand launch.
- Manage the planning process timelines, compilation of the calendar details, necessary communication documents and select executional tactics.
- Stay current on the branding and marketing landscape, trends, best practices and competitor strategies to incorporate as necessary into program objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the retail outlet and F&B field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): result-oriented, leadership, people management
- Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Branding from similar industry like travel/retail/consumer-based products relevant (products/services /activities)
- Proven track record in transforming a start-up/new brand to a prominent brand
- Able to start/experienced in pre planning/budgeting/develop marketing/business strategies for project from scratch
