Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking for a Staff Nurse (OT/AU) to join our energetic Nursing team in Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operating Theatre/Anaesthetic Unit Responsibilities**
- Deliver timely and efficient support to the Anaesthetist throughout all phases of anaesthesia administration, encompassing pre-induction checks, assessments, and monitoring of post-induction patients.
- Assessing and determining the appropriate amount and type of anesthesia required for each patient, and implementing optimal administration methods.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and anaesthesia dosage during medical procedures, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Responsible for patients' safety during anaesthesia recovery.
- Assist with minor procedures including scrub and circulating nurse.

**General Nursing Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that patients’ case-notes and investigations reports are ready before the start of clinic sessions as well as preparing listings of patients for elective procedures;
- Assisting doctors and providing nursing care to patients during physical examination according to patients’ condition and ensuring patients’ safety at all times;
- Providing financial counselling and education on operation / treatment procedures;
- Establishing and maintaining confidentiality on patients’ medical records at all times;
- Dispensing medication according to doctor’s orders;
- Monitoring, maintaining and replacing clinic’s equipment, instruments; restocking and purchasing inventories, medical supplies, etc.;
- Managing the patients well from start to end of procedures (receiving patients, recovery of patients, discharging of patients and dispensing of medication) - providing nursing care to patients;
- Preparing and packing surgical items/instruments for autoclave;
- Coordinate and liaise with corporate insurance providers
- Ensuring nursing care is delivered according to established standards;
- Keeping proper records (ART, CD book, Nursing Notes, Dispatch Book, IVF Logbook) as required by Management, MOH, RTAC and any other relevant bodies); and
- Performing such other nursing duties as may be assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
- Prior AU/OT experience will be advantageous
- Enjoy interaction with people
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator, proactive, meticulous and possess excellent organizational skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- nursing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- License from Malaysia Nursing Board (preferred)
