Job Description Responsibilities: Membantu mengurus semua transaksi e-dagang Membantu dalam mengumpul dan melaporkan status e-dagang; Membantu pihak pengurusan dalam menyediakan ramalan e-dagang; Membantu dalam menerbitkan pos media sosial tepat pada masanya; Mendamaikan akaun e-dagang belum bayar dan belum terima; Menjaga semua akaun e-commerce syarikat seperti Shopee & Lazada. Menyiapkan semua pesanan pada waktu yang ditetapkan; Memasukkan semua butiran transaksi dengan betul dan tepat ke dalam sistem Shopee,Lazada; Memastikan jumlah dan rekod adalah betul; Memproses dan memfailkan pembelian; Membantu dalam menyimpan barang e-dagang; Melaksanakan tugas pejabat asas seperti pemfailan, kemasukan data, menjawab telefon, memproses emel, dll; Mengikuti pos media sosial; Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan; - Waktu bekerja adalah Isnin hingga Jumaat, 8pagi hingga 6petang.
