**Job Description / Responsibility**:

- Purchase direct and indirect materials
- Shipment monitoring for local (major) & oversea supplier
- Ensure that all procurement records are fully integrated with the ERP system and is timely maintained
- Prepare SST exemption list for shipment declaration
- Yearly ISO report management
- Monthly report preparation
- Received incoming goods
- Answer incoming call
- Undertaking any other special assignment, ad hoc activity from superior when require

**Job Requirement**:

- Fresh Graduate / Diploma/ Minimum 1 year working experience in related background.
- Ages 18-30 years
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate preferable in ERP software knowledge.
- Ability to multi task, meet critical deadlines and can perform under pressure.
- Team work, hard working & willing to learn new tasks.
