**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Factory Manager in conducting daily production briefings with staff before the start of operations
- Supervise the day-to-day activities on the production floor to ensure planned output is achieved.
- Check staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline, and report any issues to the Factory Manager.
- Ensure proper usage and completion of production forms, including process logs, batch records, and material usage forms.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance when abnormalities or breakdowns occur.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and adherence to GMP practices.
- Supervise product changeovers, line cleaning, and process setup to minimize downtime.
- Communicate with the QA/QC team to resolve any quality or process-related issues.
- Participate in weekly 5S checks and ensure production floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Review production records for accuracy and completeness and assist in compiling weekly production performance reports.
- Conduct basic equipment condition checks and report any maintenance needs.
- Monitor stock levels of production-related materials and coordinate with the store or planning department.
- Assist in the training of new operators on SOPs, safety, and machine handling.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects related to productivity, quality, or cost savings.
- Monitor proper material handling, including the safe use of hand jacks, trolleys, and reach trucks where applicable.
- Maintain coordination between production, maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams for smooth operation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Certificate or Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members across levels.
- Basic knowledge of machinery and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of reach truck handling and production logistics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Halal and safety practices.

**Working Conditions**
- Based primarily on the production floor.
- May involve standing for extended hours and handling of equipment.
- Must adhere to hygiene and PPE requirements at all times.
- Required to work weekends or extended hours depending on production needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
