Collaborate with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders, contract modifications and approvals.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, project reports, meeting minutes, correspondence and transmittals ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Maintains detailed paper and electronic filing systems, including subcontracts, PO’s, contact lists, contract logs and drawing lists.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
