Our client, a leading Taiwan-based beauty products supplier (MLM) with a strong reputation in the industry, is seeking a Junior Account Specialist.

**Location**: Subang Jaya

**Job Responsibilities:

- **

**1. Accounting & Reporting**
- Prepare listings and reports for auditors and tax consultants.
- Conduct and implement accounting standards and control procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and periodic government surveys.
- Support annual statutory reporting, financial audits, and internal audit initiatives.

**2. Sales & Reconciliation**
- File daily sales data (collection reports, e-commerce, etc.).
- Reconcile bank receivables from multiple Malaysian branches, including various payment methods (credit/debit, bank transfer, installment).
- Execute weekly and monthly sales reconciliation procedures.

**3. Cash Management**
- Check daily sales collection reports and deposit cash at the bank.
- Handle and safeguard cash receipts, including daily cash closing.
- Monitor the use of cash proceeds, petty cash, cheques, and other monetary assets.
- Participate in company-wide physical stock counts.

**4. Additional Support**
- Maintain financial databases, accounting software, and manual filing systems.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**
- Must have Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.
- A junior executive with related exposure to accounting.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Ability to speak Mandarin (for HQ communication), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; responsible and proactive.
- Strong PC skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
