IT Technician

* This position is responsible for the oversight of all operations that involved the development and support of information systems.
- IT (information technology) manage the information technology needs and systems of their employers, including checking all the networking system, installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues throughout their organizations.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT
- Perform Project management of IT initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
- Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
- Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners (printer).
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Ability to work well with people.
- Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgment.
- Patience.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Check and solving for WI-FI, networking, IPTV and phone systems.
- Troubleshoot CCTV camera problem at the floor
- Setup the PA system / LCD Projector / LCD white screen for every event.
- Stand by for the event.
- Checking and solving for TV box issue at the rooms.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
