**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Architect and implement efficient CI/CD processes for automated software delivery.
- Write clean, scalable, and high-quality code following best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends related to CI/CD and software development.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, leading sprints and delivering on project milestones.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

**Job Qualifications Knowledge Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in full-stack.NET development using.NET 6, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
- Strong proficiency in the Mendix low-code development platform.
- Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like VueJS or Angular.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL database development.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing CI/CD processes for software delivery.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization, mobile development (Xamarine, MAUI, Flutter), and Selenium WebDriver is a plus.
- Python knowledge is a plus for automation and scripting tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers in technical aspects.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years working experience in related field.
