Overall in-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites
- Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers
- Responsible for the operational of all aspects of security system and management to oversee the daily workflow, schedules, activities, workplace, training and all related security matters.
- Coordinate and planning for the unexpected any abnormalities scenario in securities when it occurs like breach, burglary, fire, pandemic, or any natural disaster to ensure the effectiveness of Business Continuity Management
- Responsible to take the proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
- Coordinate, manage, monitor, and carry out inspections and spot checks to determine gaps and compliance levels to legal requirements, company procedures and directives, interpret results, highlights findings and recommend practicable solutions where needed to the in house and outsource security.
- Recommend and coordinate procurement, installation and commissioning of security equipment designed to increase the efficiency of security operations at facilities.
- Develop, implement and enforce structured and comprehensive training and disciplinary for security personnel.
- Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
- Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments
- Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel
- Manage and review security procedures
- Conduct in house training and on the job training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
- Develop, implement and enforce structured and comprehensive training and disciplinary for security personnel.
- To conduct in-house training and on-job-training for security guards periodically and to ensure security personnel comply with the client's requirements.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and security procedures.
