1. Menerima, memeriksa dan mengesahkan penghantaran barang yang masuk ke stor.
2. Memeriksa kuantiti dan kualiti barang yang diterima dengan pesanan dan dokumen yang relevan
3. Merekod dan menyusun barang yang diterima dalam lokasi stor yang sesuai dan teratur.
4. Memastikan bahawa stor kekal bersih, teratur, dan selamat serta mematuhi prosedur keselamatan yang ditetapkan.
5. Mengawal dan memantau stok barang dalam stor, termasuk mengesan keluar masuk barang, membuat inventori berkala, dan melaporkan kekurangan stok kepada pihak yang berkaitan.
6. Mengeluarkan barang yang diperlukan oleh jabatan atau individu yang berkenaan berdasarkan permohonan yang sah dan memastikan rekod stok dikemaskini.
7. Mengeluarkan barang yang diperlukan oleh jabatan atau individu yang berkenaan berdasarkan permohonan yang sah dan memastikan rekod stok dikemaskini.
8. Menyediakan laporan inventori dan penyimpanan berkala, termasuk tetapan harga dan perolehan barang-barang baru.
9. Berkomunikasi dengan pembekal dan pihak luar berkenaan penghantaran barang, pengurusan stok, dan isu berkaitan penyimpanan.
10. Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan asas stor, termasuk pemeriksaan berkala keadaan barang dan peralatan stor.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
