3) Menguruskan urusan surat-menyurat
4) Menjaga dan menguruskan peralatan pejabat
5) Menguruskan resit atau invoice keluar dan masuk
6) Membuat penyata gaji untuk kakitangan
7) Memaklumkan kepada bos atau majikan jika terdapat perkara yang urgent
9) Menyediakan laporan dan minit mesyuarat jabatan
10) Menjawab panggilan telefon dan menyambungkan kepada orang berkenaan
11) Melaksana tugas-tugas yang lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa
