**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leadership: Provide effective leadership by aligning institutional and divisional missions, policies, and goals with nursing staff.
- Supervision: Supervise Nurse Managers, Supervisors, and nursing staff to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Report to the Chief Nursing Officer on daily operational issues within the nursing department.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular rounds with nurse managers to assess and monitor quality of care, legal responsibilities, and risk management practices.
- Patient Care Standards: Uphold high standards of care for all patients, ensuring their well-being and safety.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as Director of Nursing / Assistant / Deputy level, demonstrating comprehensive nursing knowledge and leadership skills.
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Council with a valid practising license.
- Strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, strategic planning, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Supervision: Supervise Nurse Managers, Supervisors, and nursing staff to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Report to the Chief Nursing Officer on daily operational issues within the nursing department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
