This company is a leading international freight forwarder and logistics provider of air/sea and transport services across 5 continents globally.

**The position**
As Accounts & Finance Executive, you will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Duties will include the following:

- Review of invoices on Accounts Payable software for accurate and correct booking.
- Prepare payment schedules and invoice register.
- Prepare and provide supporting documentation for month end journals.
- Vendor maintenance and reconciliation.
- Timely follow up with debtors for payments.
- Debtors' reconciliation and montly debtor aging analysis.

**The person**
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Diploma qualification.

Knowledge of international freight forwarding activities will be a plus.

Previous experience in accounting role.

Computer literate; prior experience in using CargoWise advantageous.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
