**Maintain the services (car park operations) of the shopping centre on a day to day basis.**
- To adhere the implementation Standard Operating Procedures.
- Control and operate of car park management systems.
- Ensure the car park, entries/exits and APS in presentable and in operation condition.
- To perform, the cash handling/collection as per procedure.
- Complete and verify daily reports to the Senior Officer, Car Park.
- Be familiar with and understand the operation of all parking related equipment in the car park.
- Monitoring of all activities performed by vendors and contractors within car park adhering to the company policy and procedures.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and occupants of the mall.
- Attend to all accident and incident report within the car park.
- Co-operate and co-ordinate in all matters with security personnel in the related to car park.
- Perform on job duties and special assignments, and meeting as instructed by Senior Officer, Car Park.
- Attend routine inquiries, correspondence and carry out general administrative duties.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate or equivalent.
- At least (1) year experience in car park operations, preferably with experience in multi-story shopping mall or relevant industry experience. However, we are open for FRESH GRADUATE to explore career in car park role.
- Cash-counting experience is an advantage.
- PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team.
- Prepared to work on weekends and public holidays on rotational basis.
- Good in both verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English
