Factory Staff

Preference: - Preferably Muslim (Male); - Able to travel to work from around Alam Damai, Bandar Tun Razak and Balakong area; - Able to carry weight; - Prefer non smoker and no health issues. Responsibilities; - Clean factory area by ensure all Halal Jakim and health and safety measures are constantly met before, during and after operations; - Comply with all safety regulations by following health and safety standards that have been provided by the company health and safety training in compliance with Halal Jakim; - Able to perform duties largely of a heavy, repetitive physical nature such as lifting, moving, loading and unloading goods to company lorry and van; - Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor; - Following production guidelines and specifications; - Participate in continuous improvement activities; - Finalizing and packaging products for shipment; - Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment; - Operating packaging equipment and forklift in a safe and efficient manner; - Working on the production line and meeting production targets; - Reporting any issues to supervisor - Assist in loading raw materials to production lines; - Transport raw materials from one place to another; - Accurately and legibly ensuring products are weighted properly according to its respective labelling; - Effectively working the production line (filing, sealing, labelling and packaging) and communicating with co-workers to facilitate proper flow; - Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure production and deadlines are met - Maintain a positive attitude while upholding mutual respect for all; - Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required; - Monitor and adjust temperature controls; - Operate and control packaging equipment; - Operating all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely; - Ensure proper bags and sealing if necessary for each variety; - Verify weights and order completions; - Ensure package and product in good quality; - Remove finished packaged items from the machine and separate rejected items; - Taking appropriate action to ensure integrity and sustained certification of the food safety and food quality system; - Responsible for reporting and taking necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring; - Ensure final product meets customer specifications -temperature, consistency, etc; - Keep up with the pace of production and production standards; - Clean machineries daily, maintain a clean and organized workspace; - Make sure no product, raw materials and machineries are open to exposure, leaking, torn or broken; - Performing other tasks as assigned. **Job Details** **JOB INFO & REQUIREMENT** - Contract Type- Full-time- Job Type- Non-Executive- Experience Level- < 1 year, 1-3 years- Job Categories- Manufacturing- Minimum Education RequiredMinimal education required. -UPSR, PMR, SPM or fresh graduates also are welcomed to apply.- Language Required- English, Bahasa Malaysia- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- Male Only- Own Transport- None**SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS** - Salary**RM 1,500 to RM 1,700 per month** - Other Benefit (Optional)- Additional allowances, Overtime provided, KWSP and SOCSO contribution, and Hari Raya bonus included.Salary RM 1,500 to RM 1,700 (per month) Location Kuala Lumpur - Cheras Contact Type Full-time Job Type Non-Executive Category Manufacturing Employer Info Company Name PRIME LAC SUPPLIES Company Description Wholesales - Dairy Products Size 11-20 employees Company No. 200703115841 Company Prime Lac Supplies Joined since: Aug 2014
