Ensure proper packaging, preservation, handling and storage of products in Production Control, identify and segregate production rejects as well as ensuring the traceability of control items Trouble shooting machine parameter and carry out preventive maintenance of production jigs and equipment. Monitor and maintain good 5S at Production area all the time. Ensure 100% production inspection and involve in quality improvement activity. Assist in monthly inventory for Production and sub store parts. Handle SAP transaction and posting and ensure all daily records and documents are updated accordingly. Actively participate in any production improvement projects to enhance production cycle time, and overall production efficiencies. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
