Job Description:

- **Involved** in the construction and renovation jobs together with the subordinates
- Oversee day-to-day operations at renovation sites
- **Supervise and coordinate** general workers and subcontractors
- **Ensure work is completed** according to plans, specifications, and timelines
- **Monitor site safety** and enforce compliance with safety regulations
- Responsible in **manage material** deliveries and **equipment usage**:

- **Identify and resolve** on-site issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Job Requirement:

- **At least 3 years experiences** as a site supervisor or similar role in **construction/renovation**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- **Knowledge** of renovation techniques, materials, and safety standards
- **Good communication** and problem-solving abilities
- **Ability to work under pressure** and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and have own transport

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
