Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation/act as document controller related to ISO Management System (eg ISO45001)
- Assist/conduct incident investigation and prepare an in-detail investigation report
- Assist/Joint workplace inspection with Safety and Health Officer and prepare report to be sent to PIC and follow up on the Corrective action to be taken
- Preparing any SOP/ Work Instructions or forms
- Assist in any inspection conducted by government agency (BOMBA, DOSH, DOE)
- Assist in any drill that will be conducted such as Fire Drill and Chemical Spillage Drill
- Deliver induction to newly hired employees and briefing to vendor/contractor and suppliers that conduct work in VISCO premise.
- Act as the Permit to Work (PTW) controller
- Assist Safety and Health Officer in planning and preparing for any OSH related activities such as Safety Week, OSH quiz
- Become the Internal Auditor for both ISO45001 and ISO14001 management system
- Assist in inspecting first aid kits and preparing consumables for first aid kits around the plant
- Other tasks related to Occupational Safety, Health and Environment
