**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational requirement is SPM or higher.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Prior knowledge and experience in the property industry are not obligatory.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a personal vehicle, laptop, or iPad.
- No sales experience required as training will be provided.

**Role Description**:
As a Property Sales Specialist, your role is integral to the marketing and sales of new residential projects and sub-sales properties. Your duties encompass:

- Active participation in marketing and sales endeavors.
- Initiating contact with potential clients, arranging appointments, and skillfully presenting and negotiating to secure sales.
- Providing exceptional service to clients, fostering enduring relationships.
- Ensuring consistent follow-ups with clients to cultivate opportunities for repeat sales and referrals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
