**About the Role**

As a Research Analyst, you will support the creation of high-quality research content focused on the fast-evolving cryptocurrency space, with a particular emphasis on **Decentralized Finance (DeFi)**. Working closely with a senior researcher, you'll contribute to both internal investment insights and public-facing thought leadership content.

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong interest in **crypto and DeFi**, with a basic understanding of how successful protocols operate.
- Curiosity to **learn the mechanics and economic logic** behind DeFi protocols (e.g., liquidity models, token incentives, risk design).
- **Proficiency in Excel**, including data analysis and table construction.
- A degree in **Finance, Economics, or a related field**.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English** - clear, concise, and confident.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct research on current trends, protocols, and innovations within the DeFi and crypto sectors.
- Assist the senior researcher with:

- Gathering and analyzing data
- Building structured tables in Excel
- Tracking announcements, news, and project updates
- Draft internal memos and external content
- Support the fund manager with operational tasks such as portfolio tracking, documentation, and attending client calls when needed.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
