**Job Purpose**:
Assist the Construction Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Engineer in managing project personnel matters and resolving issues related to construction activities. Enforce safety regulations and building codes, conducting regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations. Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures. Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with approved plans, specifications, and permits. Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.

Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to resolve on-site construction issues.

Ensure adherence to construction standards, codes, and best practices.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of construction tasks.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align site operations with project goals.

Track and report on construction progress, addressing delays or challenges proactively. Ensure the availability of resources and materials for uninterrupted construction work.

**Qualification**:
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.

5 to 10 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural construction, preferably in general or oil and gas industries.

Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural systems.

Proven ability to lead and manage subcontractors effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
