Support agency performance team, agency force and other business channels to achieve their business goals by delivering high impact training modules.

**1. Distribution Training - Banca & Agency**
- To assist on all training distribution initiatives, including agency related matters ie assisting in providing reports for agency DA & HA.

**2. CPD reporting/ progress**
- Assist in terms of tracking/monitoring, coordination/compilation, CPD tracking reports to all Distribution (e.g. BSN, UOB and SCB)

**3. Administration Management**
- To support on administration management for Training Distribution Department.
- To provide efficient day to day administrative support to the Team. (Banca & Agency) Organizing training folders are up to date for future reference.
- To ensure all Training Distribution Support's reports, files, training deck are validated and checked.
- To assist in slides update and preparation
- To deal with Shariah/Finance/TBM on speaker selection and prepare the payment invoice

**4. Projects**
- Projects may not necessarily be wholly related to training distribution matters
- Any adhoc project

**Qualifications**
- Degree in any discipline.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.
- Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
- Strong drive and influencing skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
