Responsibilities
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom using computer
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Keep track of stock quantity and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of proper book keeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift
- Skills to operate common office equipment

- Lakukan tugas berkaitan stok, termasuk mengembalikan, mengemas, dan melabel bekalan
- Periksa stok terima untuk kerosakan atau percanggahan; laporkan untuk membuat pembayaran balik dan penyimpanan rekod
- Memerhati stok kuantiti dan menyelaras pelupusan lebihan
- Pastikan penyimpanan rekod yang mencukupi dan uruskan semua dokumentasi untuk mengesahkan tahap stok yang betul dan mengekalkan kawalan inventori

- Mengenal konsep standard dan amalan terbaik di persekitaran gudang
- Minda analitik dengan kemampuan membuat pengiraan matematik yang tepat
- Kemahiran komunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang sangat baik
- Kompetensi dalam kemasukan data, analisis, dan pengurusan
- Perhatikan perincian dan kemampuan mengurus masa dengan berkesan
- Keupayaan untuk mengendalikan forklift dengan selamat dan sah
- Kemahiran mengendalikan peralatan pejabat biasa
- Kemahiran mengguna komputer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
