Key Responsibilities:

- To oversee all aspects of plastics injection molding operations, including machine setup, tooling maintenance, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve injection molding processes to meet quality, cost, and production goals.
- Ensure all injection processes adhere to ISO 13485 & IATF 16949 standards and are audit-ready at all times
- To develop production schedules and resource allocation plans to meet customer demands while optimizing production efficiency.
- To monitor and report on production performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- To train, and manage a team of skilled technicians and operators.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability among the manufacturing team.
- To monitor and control production costs, striving for efficiency improvements without compromising quality.
- To implement and maintain safety protocols and environmental compliance standards in the injection molding department.
- To achieve Management goal.
- Familiar with core puller, hot runner, Heat & Cold, basic machine troubleshooting & tooling defect analysis capability.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in plastics injection molding, with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of process improvement.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience with regulatory audits and a strong understanding of medical device manufacturing regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safety and environmental standards.
